StoicFund
20% of the revenue generated from our "Save the Stoics" collection will be used as the initial capital for StoicFund.
What is it?
StoicDAO NFT holders will be able to join an exclusive discord channel, where they, alongside seasoned traders, will present, analyze and eventually vote (through our proprietary voting dApp) on potential trades/investments.
If the community votes on selling a profitable trade, 90% of the profits are then distributed to NFT holders which can be withdrawn at anytime via StoicVault.
N.B.
Our smart contracts were designed in a way that allows for true decentralization and autonomy by auto executing trades based on successful proposals.
How Does The Incubator Work

1. What is it?
The StoicDAO Incubator is an exclusive, members-only initiative that allows StoicDAO NFT holders the opportunity to submit proposals for their own NFT or Defi project.
2. How does voting work?
Once a month, DAO members will vote on which project should receive a StoicDAO investment. The investment will fund technical development of the project (smart contract, dApps, etc.) and an initial liquidity investment for Defi projects.
3. Reserve
In return, the DAO will reserve a pre-determined percentage of the project's supply, which will then be vested.

You can mint a Save the Stoics NFT on launch day through our minting portal. We've also integrated Cross-Mint into our contract allowing you to mint with any major credit card. Check the crossmint guide on how to mint using credit card here and transfer your credit card purchased NFT to your crypto wallet by following these steps.

A DAO, or “Decentralized Autonomous Organization,” is a community-led entity with no central authority.It is fully autonomous and transparent: smart contracts lay the foundational rules, execute the agreed upon decisions, and at any point, proposals, voting, and even the very code itself can be publicly audited.
Our genesis collection "Save the Stoics" acts as our governance token. By minting an NFT from this collection automatically makes you a DAO member. 1 NFT acts as 1 Vote for proposals.
StoicFund is our DAO Treasury. 20% of the revenue from our genesis collection will go directly into the fund and used as initial capital. The DAO will then submit proposals and vote on potential trades/investments through our proprietary dApp.
90% of the profits from every trade are automatically sent to stoicVault; where DAO members can withdraw their earnings at anytime.The remaining 10% is retained to help grow the fund over time allowing us to bet bigger, and win bigger.
Our incubator platform was built as an opportunity for DAO members to submit proposals for their own project idea. The project idea must be web3 related.
